Owner Jim Farpelha has a half century experience in the tire industry. Prior to opening Jim's Tire Center, Jim had 25 years history in the tire industry starting in 1967. In middle school at the time, Jim applied at a local tire shop. He was originally denied the job for being too young. However, he kept going back until his perseverance convinced the owner to hire him that same year.
