Authentic East Coast Pizza
What is “authentic” east coast pizza? It all starts with handmade dough using only the finest and freshest ingredients. We hand toss all our pizzas with “peel-to brick” baking... no screens or conveyor belts... making the crust very crispy and tender. We then top our pizza with our homemade pizza sauce using a family recipe handed down for generations.

Our three cheese blend tops off every pizza pie. It takes a true artist to make pizza this way! Your pizza will take 15-25 minutes to make (may be longer on busy nights) from start to finish and will have a “brick oven” crust.
