Each year the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce receives thousands of requests for member business referrals, community information, Commercial Relocation Information, and visitor/tourist information as well as web site activity. In addition, The Chamber maintains county and city demographic information, economic profiles, city, county, state and federal regulations, as well as publications from the Small Business Administration, California Chamber of Commerce and the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Simi Valley has gained national attention as the home of the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum, and the recent opening of the Air Force One Pavilion. Simi Valley is repeatedly named one of the safest cities in America and the new Town Center Mall, which opened in October 2005, has brought more than 110 premier specialty shops and restaurants, along with other major retailers such as Macy, Lowes and Best Buy to our community. The Simi Valley Chamber is recognized as an Accredited Chamber of Commerce, a designation that places it in the top 1% of Chambers in the nation. Our roster of members includes everything from large companies to smaller home-based businesses that provide a wide variety of goods and services. As Chamber members, these businesses have made the commitment to support each other and support chamber activities. For over 60 years, the Simi Valley Chamber of Commerce has been welcoming visitors, new residents and providing forums for our members businesses to flourish. We collectively make a difference through partnerships with government, education and associate organizations to help make Simi Valley a better place to live, work and play. We continue to maintain a strong core of membership, develop new programs and react to the ever-changing economic and social environment.
